Refund Policy

At FixTools, many of our products are technical, electronic, model-specific or application-specific. Customers are therefore strongly advised to verify compatibility before purchasing.

General Refund Position

Products purchased from FixTools are generally not eligible for cancellation, return, replacement, exchange or refund solely because the customer ordered the wrong model, selected the wrong specification, changed their mind, or no longer requires the product, subject to applicable law and the specific product/order terms.

Buyers are responsible for their purchasing decisions.

When a Refund May Be Considered

A refund may be considered where applicable, including situations such as:

1. Payment was successfully received but the order cannot be fulfilled by FixTools.
2. An order is cancelled by FixTools due to stock or operational reasons.
3. A product is confirmed by FixTools to have a qualifying manufacturing defect, where applicable.
4. A product is materially different from what was ordered.
5. A refund is required under applicable law or payment-provider rules.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method or another appropriate method determined by FixTools/payment provider.

Processing time may depend on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution.

Technical Products

For components, tools, equipment, ICs, PCBs and other technical products, compatibility must be confirmed before purchase.

FixTools cannot guarantee refund eligibility merely because a technically compatible product was not selected by the customer.

Important

A customer should not send a product back without receiving return authorization/instructions from FixTools.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
